Most buyers can tell if they are going to like a home just by it's "Curb Appeal". Stand across the street from our home and make a checklist of the things you could do to shape it up. Be honest and make a commitment to dress up the home according to the time of year.

A Few Helpful Tips:

Clean Up the Yard - Rake the Leaves. Weed and Water the Lawn
Paint the Fence
Remove Extra or Old Cars From the Property
Wash the Windows
Put a Pot of Fresh Flowers on the Front Door Step
Paint the Front Door
Repair any Loose Leaders or Gutters, Siding Material or Garage Doors
